Bailout. Lot’s of discussion over bailouts and stimulus plans. Seems like a lot of chatter. The indictment of Joe Bruno today seems to crystallize the issue. I have little confidence that any bailout or stimulus monies won’t be siphoned off or “misdirected,” to parties in or outside the various levels of the State. I acknowledge an indictment is not a conviction and perhaps I am painting with too broad a push, but …
